คำตอบ : สมุนไพรที่มีฤทธิ์ต้านเชื้อ E. coli มีหลายชนิด ส่วนใหญ่เป็นสมุนไพรที่มีน้ำมันหอมระเหย เช่น ไทม์ (สารสำคัญคือ carvacrol), ยูคาลิปตัส (สารสำคัญคือ eucalyptol), มิ้นท์ (สารสำคัญคือ menthol), อบเชย (สารสำคัญคือ cinnamaldehyde)
